Roccabianca (Parmigiano:Rocabiànca) is acomune (municipality) in theProvince of Parma in theItalian regionEmilia-Romagna, located about 110 kilometres (68 mi) northwest ofBologna and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) northwest ofParma.
Roccabianca borders the following municipalities:Motta Baluffi,Polesine Zibello,San Daniele Po,San Secondo Parmense,Sissa Trecasali,Soragna, andTorricella del Pizzo.
It is home to theCastello di Roccabianca, a castle built byPier Maria II de' Rossi between 1446 and 1463. It includes frescoes withStories of Griselda (fromBoccaccio'sDecameron), byNiccolò da Varallo, and astrological scenes.
