Robin Bell (born 16 November 1977 inCape Town) is a South African-born, Australianslalom canoeist who competed from the late 1990s to the late 2000s. Competing in threeSummer Olympics, he won a bronze medal in theC1 event inBeijing in2008.[1]
Bell also won a complete set of medals in the C1 event at theICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with a gold in2005, a silver in1999 and a bronze in2007.[2]
He won the overallWorld Cup title in C1 in2005 and2008.
He was namedWestern Australian Sports Star of the Year in 2005, and became world number one in 2006.
