Robert Carrier (born June 3, 1941) is aCanadian politician, engineer, political adviser, and a project coordinator. Carrier was aBloc Québécois member of theHouse of Commons of Canada from 2004 until 2011.

Born inMontreal,Quebec, Carrier was first elected in the2004 federal election in the riding ofAlfred-Pellan inLaval, Quebec. However, he was defeated in the2011 election byNDP'sRosane Doré Lefebvre. Carrier stood as a candidate for theParti Québécois in theMille-Îles electoral district during the2012 Quebec election. On election night, he placed second behind the winner,Francine Charbonneau of theLiberals.
