TheRio Blanco Tract is an island in theSacramento–San Joaquin River Delta.[2][3] It is part ofSan Joaquin County,California, and managed byReclamation District 2114.[4][5][6] Its coordinates are38°04′46″N121°24′18″W / 38.07944°N 121.40500°W /38.07944; -121.40500 (Rio Blanco Tract)[1], and theUnited States Geological Survey measured its elevation as 0 ft (0 m) in 1981.[1] It appears on a 1952 USGS map of the area.[7]
