TheRio Blanco Tract is an island in theSacramento–San Joaquin River Delta.^[2]^[3] It is part ofSan Joaquin County,California, and managed byReclamation District 2114.^[4]^[5]^[6] Its coordinates are38°04′46″N121°24′18″W / 38.07944°N 121.40500°W /38.07944; -121.40500 (Rio Blanco Tract)^[1], and theUnited States Geological Survey measured its elevation as 0 ft (0 m) in 1981.^[1] It appears on a 1952 USGS map of the area.^[7]
