Richard Milbourne (died 1624) was an English bishop.
He was born in London, and educated atWinchester School andQueens' College, Cambridge, where he matriculated in 1579, and graduated B.A. in 1582.[1] He was Fellow of Queens' from 1582 to 1593. He became rector ofSevenoaks, Kent in 1607 (or 1611), ofCheam, Surrey, and vicar ofGoudhurst, Kent. He wasDean of Rochester in 1611, and chaplain toHenry Frederick, Prince of Wales.[2][3][4][5][6][7]
He becameBishop of St David's in 1615 andBishop of Carlisle in 1621.[8][9][unreliable source]
