Richard Anthony Girvan (born 30 December 1973) inAuckland is a New Zealand internationallawn bowler.[1]
In 2008 he won thegold medal in the fours at the2008 World Outdoor Bowls Championship inChristchurch along withGary Lawson,Russell Meyer andAndrew Todd.[2]
Girvan represented New Zealand at the2006 Commonwealth Games2010 Commonwealth Games and the2014 Commonwealth Games.[3]
He won four medals at theAsia Pacific Bowls Championships, of which two have been gold medals.[4]
He won the 2005, 2014/15 and 2016/17 fours title at theNew Zealand National Bowls Championships when bowling for the Taren Point and Onehunga Bowls Clubs respectively.[5]
