Richard Michael DentonFRS (born 16 October 1941)^[1] is a Britishbiochemist, and Emeritus Professor atUniversity of Bristol.^[2]

He earned a PhD in 1967 at theUniversity of Cambridge, where he studied with SirPhilip Randle.^[3]
