Ribstone is alocality incentral Alberta, Canada within theMunicipal District (MD) of Wainwright No. 61. It is located approximately 16 kilometres (9.9 mi) south ofHighway 14 and 65 kilometres (40 mi) southwest ofLloydminster.
Ribstone was settled in 1905 by wagon.[1] Its hamlet designation was repealed by the MD of Wainwright No. 61 on January 21, 2024, making it a locality.[2]
