Williams playedcollege soccer atColumbia University between 2013 and 2016.[1]
While at college, Williams appeared forNew York Red Bulls U-23 in both theNational Premier Soccer League[2] and thePremier Development League.[3]
Following college in April 2017, Williams signed a professional contract withNational Premier Soccer League sideNew York Cosmos B.[4]
On February 15, 2018, Williams signed withUnited Soccer League sideReal Monarchs.[5]
On January 14, 2019, Williams joinedUSL League One sideLansing Ignite ahead of their inaugural 2019 season.[6]
Williams signed withSouth Georgia Tormenta ofUSL League One on January 14, 2020.[7]
In April 2021, Williams joinedNational Independent Soccer Association sideStumptown AC ahead of the spring 2021 season.[8]
In January 2022, Williams joinedUSL Championship sideDetroit City FC ahead of the 2022 season.[9][10] Williams helped DCFC get into the playoffs in the '22 season, in '23, where they won their first playoff game since joining the league, and in '24. On September 22, it was announced that Williams had played his 100th game for the club, becoming the club's 6th city centurion in club history and 2nd to gain that honor in the season, a week behind teammateMichael Bryant.[11][12]
