The1925 New South Wales state election was for 90 seats representing 24electoral districts, with each district returning between 3 and 5 members.[1] This was the third and final election in New South Wales that took place under a modifiedHare-Clark voting system. The average number of enrolled voters per member was 14,690, ranging fromSturt (10,297) toRyde (19,119).[5]

  1. ^Wammerawa has been included as a secondLabor seat from the1922 election. The returning officer declared thatWilliam Ashford (Independent) had been elected 3rd,[2] however the Elections and Qualifications Committee upheld a petition byJoseph Clark (Labor) and after re-counting the votes declared that Clark had been elected.[3][4]
