Ren Baige

Ren Baige (Chinese:任白戈) (1906–1986) was aPeople's Republic of China politician. He was born inNanchong,Sichuan Province. He joined theChinese Communist Party in 1926. He later joined theLeague of Left-Wing Writers. During theSecond Sino-Japanese War, he was inYan'an. He was vice governor of Sichuan Province, mayor and Chinese Communist Party Committee Secretary ofChongqing.[1]
