Recurvaria nanella, thelesser bud moth, is amoth of the familyGelechiidae. It is widely distributed in Europe and is also found inTurkey, theNear East,North Africa (includingEgypt), theCaucasus,Transcaucasia,Kazakhstan and south-easternSiberia. It is also found in North America, where it is probably introduced.[2]
Thewingspan is 10–12 mm.[3] Adults are on wing from July to August.[4]
