Real Giulianova S.s.d. a r.l. was an Italian association football club based inGiulianova, in the Province of Teramo, Abruzzo region. Real Giulianova is a phoenix club ofGiulianova andCittà di Giulianova, after Real Giulianova was relocated and renamed fromCastellalto in 2016.[3]

The club was known asA.S.D. Castellalto, based incomuneCastellalto, in the Province of Teramo[4] until 2016.
In 2016, after the dissolves ofA.S.D. Città di Giulianova 1924 (Città di Giulianova), itself a phoenix club ofGiulianova Calcio (Giulianova), Castellalto was relocated toGiulianova, acomune also from that province. The club also renamed toA.S.D. Real Giulianova.[5][6] The club also changed its color to the traditional color of Giulianova Calcio, yellow and red.[6]
In the last season as Castellalto, the club finished as the 10th of 2015–16Promozione Abruzzo Group A, while Calcio Giulianova, another phoenix club of Giulianova Calcio, finished as the second last of the same group;[7] Città di Giulianova relegated from Serie D that season.
The club participated in 2016–17Promozione Abruzzo season, winning a promotion to 2017–18Eccellenza Abruzzo season in 2017. The club was promoted to2018–19 Serie D season in 2018.[8] It was assigned to Group F.[9] The club was also re-incorporated associetà sportiva dilettantisticha a responsabilità limitata legal form circa that year.
In 2021 he concludes his activity in Giulianova.
La società è stata rifondata nel 2016 con la nuova denominazione, e si pone come continuità sportiva dello storico Giulianova Calcio.
