Raynerius of Split[1] (died 1180) was an ItalianCamaldolese monk. He becamebishop of Cagli, from 1156 to 1175, and thenarchbishop of Split.[2]
He wasstoned to death for "defending the rights of the Church" in a dispute over land.[3][4] He is a Catholic saint and his feast day is August 4.[4]
