Ravin Jain is a British engineer. He currently serves as head of strategy forScuderia Ferrari.
Jain graduated fromKing Edward's School, Birmingham.[1] He obtained a bachelor's degree in Physics and a master's degree inMathematical physics, both fromUniversity of Oxford.[2]
Jain had severalsummer placement experiences with multiple Formula team, includingCaterham andWilliams.[3] He joinedScuderia Ferrari as amathematical modelling engineer in2016, and worked as that title for six months before moving to a new role as race strategy engineer in2017.[4] He was appointed as the head of strategy by the team principalFrédéric Vasseur in2023, replacingIñaki Rueda, who would take on a new role back in theMaranello factory.[5]
