TheRattlesnake River is a 3.6-mile-long (5.8 km)[1]river in easternNew Hampshire in theUnited States. It is atributary of theCocheco River, part of thePiscataqua Riverwatershed leading to theAtlantic Ocean.
The river is located entirely in the town ofFarmington. It rises north of Hussey Mountain and Chesley Mountain and flows east to the Cocheco, dropping nearly 500 feet (150 m) in elevation over its length.
