Rahim Ullah (Bengali:রহিম উল্লাহ; born 1 March 1958) is aBangladeshi politician and the former member of parliament fromFeni-3 constituency.
Rahim Ullah was born on 1 March 1958, to aBengali Muslim family inFeni,Noakhali District,East Pakistan.[1]
Ullah was elected to Parliament from Feni-3 in 2014 Bangladesh General Election. He beat Anwarul Karim of theJatiya Party in the election.[2] He is the president of Bangladesh Awami League unit of Jeddah. He is a political rival ofNizam Hazari, fellow Bangladesh Awami League politician and Member of Parliament from Feni.[3] On 7 February 2016 his motorcarade was attacked in Feni byBangladesh Jubo League andBangladesh Chhatra League. The attack was believed to be a fallout from his rivalry with Nizam Hazari.[4]
