Ribonuclease H1 also known asRNase H1 is anenzyme that in humans is encoded by theRNASEH1gene.^[5]^[6]^[7] The RNase H1 is a non-specificendonuclease and catalyzes the cleavage ofRNA via a hydrolytic mechanism.
