Rômulo Silvano da Silva, commonly known asRômulo (born 26 August 1976) is a Brazilianfootballforward who plays forFerroviário.
In the summer of 2008, Rômulo signed withAzerbaijan Premier League sideKhazar Lankaran. Following a year in Azerbaijan he returned toBrazil for family reasons, and signed forCeará.[1]
Following his release from Khazar, Rômulo claim that he had not been paid in full for his time with Khazar, a matter that was taken toFIFA. In April 2012FIFA recognised that the debt to Rômulo had been paid by Khazar on 30 March 2012 and that the 6 points stripped from Khazar was a mistake and they would be given back to them.[2]
