Qumig (Tibetan:ཆུ་མིག་), orQumeiChinese:曲美乡;pinyin:Qūměi Xiāng), is a village and township ofSamzhubzê District (Shigatse City), in theTibet Autonomous Region of China. At the time of the2010 census, the township had a population of 5,998 and an area of 356 square kilometres (137 sq mi).[1] As of 2019[update], it had 18 villages under its administration.[2]
