Quit lit is aliterary genre on alcohol cessation, the name can be interpreted as "literature of quiting" or "quit being lit (drunk)".[1] Examples include theAlcoholics AnonymousBig Book, as well as self-help books. Recent books, in particular in partially autobiographic ones focus on women, examples includeWishful Drinking andThis Naked Mind.[2][3][4][5]
