Qalatiyah (Arabic:قلاطية, also spelledQlltia,Kilitia, orKulleituliyeh) is a village in westernSyria in theWadi al-Nasara ("Valley of theChristians") and administratively belonging to thegovernorate of Homs. According to theSyria Central Bureau of Statistics, Qalatiyah had a population of 724 in the 2004 census.[1]
Its inhabitants are predominantlyGreek Orthodox Christians.[2][3] The village has aGreek Orthodox Church.[4]
