Prem Kumar (born 5 August 1955) is an Indian politician. He is a member ofBihar Legislative Assembly elected eight times fromGaya Town assembly constituency.
He has completed his PhD fromMagadh University in 1999.[1]
Kumar was elected as theleader of the opposition in the Bihar assembly formed afterassembly election in October 2015.[2][3]
