Potheri is a rapidly-growing village locality in the South suburbs of the Metropolitan cityChennai. It is a town that comes underMaraimalai Nagar municipality of Chengalpattu taluk in theChengalpattu district ofTamil Nadu, India[1] and suburb ofChennai withinChennai Metropolitan Area.
