Pokotoa Ikiua Lalotoa SipeliNDSC is a formerNiuean politician andCabinet Minister who served in the cabinet ofToke Talagi from 2008 to 2020.
Sipeli was first elected to theNiue Assembly in the seat ofLiku at the1993 Niuean general election.[1] Following the2008 election, he was appointed topremierToke Talagi'scabinet, as minister of post and telecommunications, minister of agriculture, forestry and fisheries, and minister of administrative services.[2][3]
He is also chairman of the NiueICT Development Council (NiDC).[4]
At the2022 Niue National Awards he was awarded theNiue Distinguished Service Cross.[5]
He retired at the2023 election.[1]
