Pinasugbo, also known asconsilva, is aFilipinobanana chip dessert made from thinly slicedsaba bananas that aredeep-fried and coated withcaramelized sugar andsesame seeds. It originates from theHiligaynon people of theWestern Visayas islands. It is traditionally sold in white paper cones.[1][2][3]
