Pilaki

Pilaki is a style ofmeze and may refer to several dishes that are cooked in a sauce made out ofonion,garlic,carrot,potato,tomato ortomato paste,sugar, andolive oil.Beans used in this style arewhite beans,[1][2] orborlotti beans. They are served cold, garnished withparsley and slices oflemon. Fish pilaki is also a popular recipe. InGreek cuisine, this style is known asplaki.[3][4][5] InBulgarian cuisine the name is "plakiya".
