Mart Piero Cari Velarde (born 21 August 2007) is a Peruvian professionalfootballer who plays as amidfielder for thePeruvian Liga 1 clubAlianza Lima and thePeru national team.
A youth product of Virgen de la Natividad, Cari moved toAlianza Lima's academy in 2023.[1] On 7 January 2025, he signed his first professional contract with Alianza Lima for 3 years.[3] He made his senior and professional debut with Alianza Lima as a substitute in a 3–0Liga 1 loss toTarma on 29 March 2025.[4]
Cari was first called up to thePeru national team for a set of2026 FIFA World Cup qualification matches in September 2025.[5] He debuted with Peru in a 1–02026 FIFA World Cup qualification loss toParaguay on 9 September 2025.[6]
