Phenoxypropazine (trade nameDrazine) is anirreversible and non-selectivemonoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) of thehydrazine family. It was introduced as anantidepressant in 1961, but was subsequently withdrawn in 1966 due tohepatotoxicity concerns.[1][2][3][4][5]
