Peter Crampton (born 4 June 1969) is a male former British athlete who competed at the1996 Summer Olympics.

Biography

Crampton, born inGrimsby, representedEngland and won thegold medal in the4 x 400 metres relay at the1994 Commonwealth Games held inVictoria, British Columbia, Canada, along with teammates,David McKenzie,Adrian Patrick, andDu'aine Ladejo and heat runnersAlex Fugallo andMark Smith. He also competed in the 400 metres hurdles event.[1][2][3]

He representedGreat Britain in the400 metres hurdles at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.[4]

Crampton became theBritish 400 metres hurdles champion after winning the BritishAAA Championships title at the1994 AAA Championships.[5][6]
