Pedro Olea (30 June 1938,Bilbao) is a Spanishscreenwriter,film producer andfilm director. His filmsA House Without Boundaries (1972) andAkelarre (1984) entered into the22nd and the34th Berlin International Film Festival.[1][2] His 1974 filmTorment was entered into the 22ndSan Sebastián International Film Festival.[3]
In 1993 he won theGoya Award for Best Adapted Screenplay for his period filmThe Fencing Master.[4]
