Before the second half of 2021–22, Delgado was sent on loan to Dutch sideJong Ajax.[1] On 11 March 2022, he debuted forJong Ajax during a 3–3 draw withFC Dordrecht.[2]
On 25 January 2024, Delgado joinedMajor League Soccer sideFC Dallas on a season-long loan.[3]
