Pathiri (Malayalam:[pɐtː̪iɾi]) is a pancake made of rice flour. It is part of the local cuisine among theMappilas ofMalabar region inKerala State ofSouthern India.

Today, pathiri is still a popular dish among the Muslims in Kerala.[1]
