The3rd constituency of Paris (French:Troisième circonscription de Paris) is aFrench legislative constituency in theParisdépartement (75). Like the other 576 French constituencies, it elects oneMP using thetwo-round system.^[2] The constituency is located in the north of Paris.

The present constituency has existed since the 2012 election, having been created by the2010 redistricting of French legislative constituencies.

From 1958–1986, the 3rd constituency referred to a constituency with different boundaries, and again from 1988–2012, having been created by the1986 redistricting of French legislative constituencies. For the1986 election, proportional representation was used.
