Ingrid Carolina Frisanco (born 8 October 1993), commonly known asPardal, is a Brazilian professionalfootballer who plays as acentre-back forSantos.
Born inBoituva,São Paulo, Pardal began her career withJuventus-SP at the age of ten.[2] After becoming a first team member in 2011, she subsequently played forSão Caetano,ABD Botucatu,Botafogo-PB,América de São Manuel [pt],Audax andCentro Olímpico
Pardal returned to Audax in 2016, as the club established a partnership withCorinthians.[3] In January 2018, she remained at the club, asTimão established their own women's team.[4]
On 26 January 2022, Pardal signed a one-year contract withSão Paulo.[5] On 25 January 2024, she moved abroad for the first time in his career, joining Chilean sideColo-Colo.[6]
On 21 January 2025, Pardal returned to her home country and joinedSantos on a two-year deal.[7]
Pardal representedBrazil atunder-17 level in the2008 and2010 editions of theSouth American U-17 Women's Championship, winning the latter, and atunder-20 level in the2012 South American U-20 Women's Championship and the2012 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup, winning the former. In February 2017, she was called up to the full side by head coachEmily Lima for a training period.[8]
