Papanasini Stream

Papanasini is the mountain stream in wayanad district ofKerala.[1]

Rajiv Gandhi's ashes were immersed there.[2][3]

Geography

The river begins as a spring in theBrahmagiri Hills[4] region nearTirunelli Temple. The river meets the Kalindi River of Kerala (not the more famous Kalindi which is also known asYamuna).
