Pancakes-Paris is achildren's novel byClaire Huchet Bishop. Set in Paris a few months after the end ofWorld War II, it follows Charles's quest to makescrepes for his little sister forMardi Gras.[1] The novel, illustrated byGeorges Schreiber, was first published in 1947 and was aNewbery Honor recipient in 1948.[2]
