Palewyami, also known asAltinin andPoso Creek Yokuts, was a major dialect of theYokuts language of California, or possibly a distinct but closely related language.[2]

Palewyami was spoken inKern County, along Poso Creek. The language has not been spoken since the 1930s.[1]
