Palathalikalu (Telugu: పాలతాలికలు) is anIndian sweet dish made duringGanesh Chaturthi in the Delta region ofAndhra Pradesh, India. It is made of rice flour,sago, andclarified butter, which is made into a dough and cooked or steamed in milk, and garnished withcashews,raisins, andcardamom powder.[1][2]
