Pagit-pagit orterites is a food consumed by theKaro people ofNorth Sumatra,Indonesia.[1] The main ingredient is the partially digested grass from therumen of aruminant, typically adeer,goat,cow orwater buffalo. It will be cooked with spices and either coconut milk,cempokak andtapioca leaves or with meat as a clear soup.
