PWHL Regular season champion is the title given to the winner ofPWHL regular season. Currently PWHL does not give out a trophy for this achievement. The most successful teams in the regular season are theToronto Sceptres andMontreal Victoire winning one each.
Since first PWHL season the3-2-1-0 points system has been used for classification, whereby a team is awarded 3 points for a regulation win, 2 for an overtime or shootout win, and 1 for an overtime or shootout loss.[1]
in the event of an end-of-season tie in total accumulated points, the following tie-breakers are used among all teams with the same number of points[2]
