PRIAM enzyme-specific profiles (PRofils pour l'IdentificationAutomatique duMétabolisme) is a method for the automatic detection of likelyenzymes inprotein sequences. PRIAM usesposition-specific scoring matrices (also known as profiles) automatically generated for eachenzyme entry.[1]
