PAS domain-containing serine/threonine-protein kinase is anenzyme that in humans is encoded by thePASKgene.[5][6][7][8]

PAS domains regulate the function of manyintracellular signaling pathways in response to both extrinsic and intrinsic stimuli. PASK is an evolutionarily conserved protein present inyeast,flies, andmammals.[supplied by OMIM][8]
