Oziotelphusa is a genus offreshwater crabs in the familyGecarcinucidae. Its members are found in Sri Lanka and southern India (throughoutKerala andTamil Nadu and in the southern part ofKarnataka).[1] The genus was formerly placed within familyParathelphusidae, but now it is accepted that Parathelphusidae is the junior synonym of Gecarcinucidae.[2][3]
