Oye-Plage (French pronunciation:[waplaʒ]ⓘ;West Flemish:Ooie) is acommune in thePas-de-Calaisdepartment in the Hauts-de-Franceregion of France[3] about 7 miles (11 km) east ofCalais, nearly a mile from theEnglish Channel.
