Oxacephem

Anoxacephem is aβ-lactam molecule similar to acephem, but with an oxygen substituted for the sulfur. They are synthetic compounds not seen in nature, generally used asβ-lactam antibiotics. Examples includeLatamoxef[1] andFlomoxef.[2][3]
