The company's first route in New Jersey launched in 2016.[2]
The company does not own or operate its fleet of buses, as it acts as an online platform that creates a bus route network by sourcing available charter buses that are often used by schools or churches.[3]

On September 27, 2021, The new OurBus route connects four locations inOntario (Niagara Falls,Mississauga,Toronto, andScarborough) toBuffalo Airport, with connecting service toWestern New York (Rochester,Geneva,Ithaca,Binghamton);Fort Lee,New Jersey; andNew York City, which allows passengers to travel on one ticket from theGreater Toronto Area to New York City[12]
On October 15, 2021, OurBus has started a new bus service connecting New York City toAlbany and key points in theHudson Valley, includingNew Paltz andWoodbury Commons Premium Outlets.
