Ossifying fibromyxoid tumor

Anossifying fibromyxoid tumor is a type ofmyxoma. It presents in the extremities more frequently than the trunk.^[1] It is derived frommesenchyme.^[2] Appearance in the head and neck is rare, but has been reported.^[3] Itsmalignancy has been characterized as "intermediate".^[4]
