Osvaldo Oscar Villarroel (27 February 1944 - 1 November 2023)[1][2] was a Bolivianfootballer.[3][4] He was the youngest member ofBolivia'ssquad that won the1963 South American Championship on home soil though he was an unused substitute.[5]
