Orlando Ribeiro de Oliveira (born 9 January 1967), known asOrlando Ribeiro or justOrlando, is a Brazilianfootballcoach and former player who played as acentral defender.
Born inSão Paulo, Orlando began his career withJuventus-SP's youth setup at the age of 11.[1] After appearing with the first team, he played forItuano before joiningSérie A sideAtlético Mineiro in 1993.
Orlando returned to Ituano in 1994, and went on to play for clubs in his native state, such asSãocarlense,Francana,União Barbarense,[2]Santo André,[3][4]Etti Jundiaí andSão José-SP[5] before retiring at the age of 37.[1] With Barbarense, he won the 1998Campeonato Paulista Série A2.[2]
Ribeiro joinedSão Paulo in 2010 as a technical evaluator, being named coach of the under-15s in the following year. He took over the under-17s in 2014, before replacingAndré Jardine at the helm of the under-20 squad on 21 March 2018.[6]
Ribeiro was sacked by theTricolor on 16 February 2021,[7] and was named in charge of the under-17 team ofPalmeiras on 22 July.[8] He left the post the following 28 February,[9] to take over the under-20 squad ofSantos.[10]
On 12 September 2022, Ribeiro was named interim coach of Santos' first team, replacing departingLisca.[11] Late in the month, he was kept as head coach until the end of the season.[12]

Back to the under-20s for the 2023 season, Ribeiro was dismissed fromPeixe on 29 September 2024.[13] Eleven days later, he moved toCorinthians under the same role.[14]
On 17 April 2025, Ribeiro was named interim head coach of Corinthians, afterRamón Díaz was sacked.[15] He returned to his previous role on 28 April, after the appointment ofDorival Júnior, and was sacked from the under-20 team on 28 July.[16]
